Your access to and use of our Website are conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms, conditions, policies, and notices set forth in these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Terms” or “Agreement”). Travel products and services available through our Website may be provided, fulfilled, or operated by third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, activity providers, distribution partners, consolidators, and other travel companies or service providers (collectively, “Travel Service Providers”). Such Travel Service Providers may have their own terms, conditions, rules, policies, cancellation and refund requirements, and other restrictions that apply to the travel services you purchase or reserve. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those applicable terms and conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website or making a booking. You should also review our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information in connection with your use of our Website and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to the Website and These Terms

BestFareBooking reserves the right, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw all or any portion of the Website, including any features, functionality, Services, travel products, information, or Content made available through the Website. We may also impose limitations on certain features or Services or restrict access to portions of the Website without prior notice where permitted by law.

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. Any revised Terms will become effective when posted on the Website, unless a different effective date is expressly stated. Your continued access to or use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically so that you remain informed of the terms governing your use of our Website and Services.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Terms in effect at the time you make a Booking will generally govern that Booking, subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the applicable Travel Service Provider.

Geographic Scope

These Terms apply to access to and use of the Website, our Services, and Bookings made through our Website or customer service channels from or in connection with the United States, to the extent applicable.

BestFareBooking may use reasonable methods to determine or verify the geographic location from which the Website is being accessed or a Booking is being made. Such methods may include, where appropriate, information associated with your Internet connection, including your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, as well as information you provide to us.

Certain travel products, Services, fees, taxes, regulations, consumer protections, and contractual terms may vary depending on your location, the location of the applicable Travel Service Provider, and the destination of your travel. Additional terms may therefore apply to particular Bookings or Services.

If you access or use the Website from outside the United States, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and any Booking complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you.

2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

As a condition of your access to and use of our Website, customer service or reservation channels, and any products, features, functionality, information, content, or other services made available by BestFareBooking (collectively, the “Services”), you represent, warrant, and agree that:

  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement with BestFareBooking and to make any Booking you submit through our Website or Services;
  • You will use the Website and Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party requirements;
  • You will use the Services only for legitimate travel-related purposes and will make Bookings only for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act, including, where applicable, as a parent or legal guardian;
  • If you make a Booking on behalf of another traveler, you will inform that traveler of all applicable terms and conditions relating to the Booking, including fare rules, cancellation and refund restrictions, baggage requirements, identification requirements, payment conditions, and other rules or restrictions imposed by the applicable Travel Service Provider;
  • All information you provide to BestFareBooking in connection with your use of the Website, Services, or any Booking is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;
  • You will not use the Website or Services for any fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose, including making a Booking using false or misleading information, using another person's payment method without authorization, circumventing applicable Booking restrictions, or interfering with the operation or security of the Website;
  • If you create or maintain an account with BestFareBooking , you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or other account credentials with unauthorized persons and are responsible for activities conducted through your account, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise;

  • You will comply with any additional terms, conditions, policies, or restrictions applicable to a particular Booking or Service, including terms imposed by the applicable airline, hotel, car rental company, tour operator, activity provider, or other Travel Service Provider.

BestFareBooking reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website or any portion of the Services, or to cancel or decline a transaction where appropriate, if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, provided inaccurate or misleading information, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, misused the Website or Services, or otherwise acted in a manner that may adversely affect BestFareBooking , other customers, Travel Service Providers, or the security and integrity of the Website.

We may also take such action where necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, payment-network requirements, or requests from governmental or regulatory authorities.

Any restriction, suspension, or termination of access will be subject to applicable law and will not affect rights or obligations that accrued before such action.

3. IMPORTANT NOTICE

General Disclaimer

BestFareBooking (“BestFareBooking ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) generally acts as a facilitator or intermediary in connection with the travel products and services made available through our Website and Services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, BestFareBooking does not itself operate, own, control, or provide the underlying transportation, accommodations, rental vehicles, tours, cruises, activities, insurance, or other travel services purchased or reserved through our Website.

We may facilitate arrangements with third-party travel suppliers and service providers, including, without limitation, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, rail operators, car rental companies, tour operators, vacation package providers, activity providers, travel consolidators, travel assistance providers, insurance providers, and other travel-related businesses (collectively, “Travel Suppliers”).

The travel products and services provided by Travel Suppliers may include air transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals, cruises, rail transportation, vacation packages, tours, activities, travel assistance, travel insurance, and other travel-related services (collectively, “Travel Services”).

Our Role as a Travel Intermediary

By using our Website or Services to search for, compare, reserve, or purchase Travel Services, you acknowledge and agree that BestFareBooking may act as an intermediary between you and the applicable Travel Supplier.

When you make a Booking through our Website, you authorize BestFareBooking , where applicable, to facilitate the reservation or enter into a transaction with the relevant Travel Supplier on your behalf for the total amount presented to you at the time of purchase, including applicable fares, rates, taxes, fees, service charges, and other amounts disclosed during the booking process.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract for the underlying Travel Service may be between you and the applicable Travel Supplier. The Travel Supplier's own terms, conditions, fare rules, cancellation policies, refund policies, baggage rules, check-in requirements, restrictions, and other requirements may therefore apply to your Booking.

Third-Party Travel Search and Referral Services

Our travel products, itineraries, and prices may be displayed on third-party travel search, comparison, referral, advertising, or metasearch platforms. These independent platforms are responsible for their own data refresh cycles and may direct you to our Website to complete your Booking based on cached or historic search indices.

You acknowledge and agree that information, availability, and pricing displayed on a third-party platform may change by the time you land on our Website. Your Booking, final pricing, and legal relationship are governed strictly by the real-time rates presented by BestFareBooking during our live booking and checkout process, alongside any applicable Travel Supplier terms. BestFareBooking is not liable for stale, inaccurate, or expired pricing feeds generated or maintained by third-party search platforms.

Travel Supplier Responsibility

Travel Suppliers are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of BestFareBooking solely by virtue of their offering Travel Services through our Website.

BestFareBooking does not generally control the operations, policies, schedules, availability, pricing, equipment, facilities, personnel, or performance of Travel Suppliers. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BestFareBooking is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Travel Suppliers or for circumstances that are outside our reasonable control.

This includes, without limitation, circumstances involving:

  • flight, train, cruise, or other transportation delays or cancellations;
  • schedule changes, route changes, equipment changes, or service interruptions;
  • missed connections or denied boarding;
  • overbooking;
  • lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen baggage or personal property;
  • changes to hotel accommodations or facilities;
  • hotel overbooking, relocation, or failure to provide advertised amenities;
  • rental vehicle availability or condition;
  • tour, cruise, activity, or excursion cancellations;
  • strikes, labor disputes, or other industrial actions;
  • mechanical or equipment failures;
  • weather or other natural events;
  • governmental actions, restrictions, or requirements;
  • border closures, immigration requirements, or entry restrictions;
  • public health events or travel restrictions;
  • security-related events;
  • changes in applicable laws or regulations; or
  • other acts, omissions, delays, failures, or circumstances attributable to a Travel Supplier or other third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

No Guarantee of Travel Supplier Performance

BestFareBooking does not guarantee, warrant, or insure the performance, financial condition, availability, quality, suitability, safety, or continued operation of any Travel Supplier or Travel Service, except to the extent expressly stated by BestFareBooking or required by applicable law.

The availability of a Travel Service through our Website does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or representation by BestFareBooking that the Travel Supplier will perform its obligations or that the Travel Service will meet your particular expectations.

If a Travel Supplier becomes unable or unwilling to provide a Travel Service after you have made a payment, your rights and available remedies may depend on the Travel Supplier's terms and conditions, applicable law, payment method, travel insurance or other applicable protection, and the circumstances of the failure.

BestFareBooking will provide reasonable assistance in connection with a Booking where appropriate and where our assistance is within our control. However, we cannot guarantee that a Travel Supplier will provide a refund, replacement service, compensation, or other remedy.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any rights or remedies you may have against BestFareBooking under applicable law.

Travel Information, Descriptions, and Content

We make reasonable efforts to present travel information, including prices, schedules, photographs, descriptions, amenities, ratings, availability, and other information, accurately and clearly. However, some information displayed on our Website may be supplied or maintained by Travel Suppliers, distribution partners, or other third parties.

Accordingly, BestFareBooking does not guarantee that every description, photograph, rating, amenity, price, discount, availability indication, or other information supplied by a third party will always be complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

If we become aware of a material error affecting a Booking before completion of the transaction, we may take reasonable steps to correct the error, including contacting you where appropriate.

Prices, Fees, Taxes, and Currency

Prices displayed through our Website may include amounts charged by Travel Suppliers and amounts charged by BestFareBooking , including applicable service fees, taxes, government-imposed charges, and other disclosed fees.

The final price applicable to a Booking will be the price presented to you during the applicable checkout or purchase process, subject to any terms or conditions disclosed at that time and any subsequent charges imposed directly by the Travel Supplier.

For international transactions, currency conversion rates may fluctuate. Any currency conversion displayed on our Website for informational or comparison purposes may be based on an applicable exchange rate at the time the price is displayed and may differ from the rate ultimately applied by your bank, credit card issuer, payment provider, Travel Supplier, or other financial institution.

BestFareBooking is not responsible for foreign-exchange differences, bank charges, card issuer fees, or other currency-related charges imposed by third parties.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Travel Supplier Rules

Travel Services may be subject to cancellation fees, change fees, restrictions, fare rules, minimum-stay requirements, advance-purchase requirements, non-refundable conditions, or other restrictions imposed by the applicable Travel Supplier.

A Booking identified as non-refundable is generally not eligible for a refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law, expressly permitted under the applicable Travel Supplier's rules, or otherwise authorized by the Travel Supplier.

Once a ticket, reservation, or other Travel Service has been issued or confirmed, additional restrictions may apply. The availability of a refund or credit may depend on the applicable fare rules, Booking terms, Travel Supplier policies, and applicable law.

Any fare, rate, or value that may appear on a ticket, confirmation, voucher, receipt, or other travel document may differ from the total amount paid by you. Such differences may result from taxes, fees, service charges, commissions, negotiated or consolidated fares, supplier arrangements, or other components of the transaction.

BestFareBooking is not responsible for a difference between a displayed or printed fare value and the total amount you were charged where the total amount was properly disclosed to you during the booking process.

Travel Supplier Additional Charges

Certain Travel Suppliers may impose additional charges that are not collected by BestFareBooking at the time of Booking. For example, a hotel may require a security deposit, resort fee, parking fee, incidental authorization, or other payment at check-in or during your stay.

Similarly, a car rental company, cruise operator, airline, tour operator, or other Travel Supplier may impose additional charges or require a deposit or payment for optional or incidental services.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable Travel Supplier's terms and conditions and for paying any charges properly imposed by the Travel Supplier.

Any deposit, authorization, or incidental charge collected directly by a Travel Supplier is separate from amounts paid to BestFareBooking for the Booking.

Discounts and Promotional Offers

Travel Supplier discounts, promotional fares, rates, and other offers may be subject to specific conditions and may vary based on factors including destination, travel dates, availability, class of service, fare type, advance purchase requirements, minimum or maximum stay requirements, occupancy, seasonality, inventory, and other restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, BestFareBooking does not guarantee that a particular discount, promotional offer, fare, rate, or availability will remain available until a Booking is completed.

Third-Party Advertising

Our Website may contain advertisements, promotional materials, links, or offers relating to products or services provided by third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the display of an advertisement or third-party offer does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or guarantee by BestFareBooking .

BestFareBooking is not responsible for the products, services, representations, policies, or practices of third-party advertisers or other external websites and businesses. Your dealings with such third parties are subject to their applicable terms and conditions.

Additional Travel Supplier Terms

By making a Booking through our Website, you acknowledge that additional terms and conditions may apply to the Travel Services you purchase.

You agree to comply with all applicable Travel Supplier terms and conditions, including rules relating to payment, cancellation, refunds, changes, identification, check-in, baggage, availability, use of fares, eligibility, age restrictions, deposits, and other restrictions applicable to the Travel Service.

We encourage you to carefully review the applicable Travel Supplier's terms and conditions before completing your Booking.

A violation of a Travel Supplier's terms or restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation, denial of service, additional charges, loss of amounts paid, or other consequences imposed by the Travel Supplier, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to make you waive any rights that cannot legally be waived, or to eliminate any responsibility that BestFareBooking has under applicable federal or state law.

4. GOVERNING LAW; SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION

These Terms, your use of the Website and Services, and the rights and obligations of BestFareBooking and you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent that applicable federal law or other mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent that these Terms contain an applicable arbitration provision, any arbitration award may be confirmed, recognized, and enforced by any court having jurisdiction over the parties or the subject matter.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and BestFareBooking agree that the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania shall have jurisdiction and venue for any court proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, the Services, or a Booking, including any action:

  1. to compel, confirm, vacate, modify, or enforce an arbitration award;
  2. seeking temporary, preliminary, interim, or other provisional equitable relief before or during an arbitration proceeding;
  3. relating to matters that are not subject to arbitration under these Terms or applicable law; or
  4. relating to the protection or enforcement of BestFareBooking 's intellectual property rights or other rights for which court proceedings are permitted.

You and BestFareBooking consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any objection based on inconvenient forum, improper venue, or similar grounds.

Service of process may be made in any manner permitted by applicable law.

If any portion of this Section is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

5. TRAVEL INFORMATION – GENERAL

Traveler Responsibility for Travel Requirements

As a traveler, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to your travel. These requirements may include, without limitation, passport, visa, immigration, entry and exit, vaccination, health, customs, identification, transit, and other requirements imposed by the countries or jurisdictions through which you travel.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documents, permits, visas, authorizations, and other requirements necessary for your travel. BestFareBooking does not guarantee that you will be permitted to enter, exit, transit through, or remain in any country or jurisdiction.

Travel requirements may vary based on your nationality, citizenship, residency, destination, transit points, purpose of travel, age, and other circumstances, and may change without notice.

You should verify applicable requirements with the appropriate government authorities, embassies, consulates, border authorities, health authorities, and Travel Suppliers before traveling.

BestFareBooking may provide general travel information for your convenience, but such information is not a substitute for obtaining current information from the applicable governmental or regulatory authorities.

Travel Information Provided Through Our Website

Our Website may provide information relating to travel destinations, hotels, vacation packages, tours, airlines, airfares, flight schedules, cruises, rental vehicles, activities, travel insurance, foreign currencies, and other travel-related products and services.

Some of this information is obtained from or supplied by third parties, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental companies, tour operators, activity providers, travel consolidators, distribution systems, and other Travel Suppliers.

We make reasonable efforts to present travel information accurately and to update information when appropriate. However, we do not guarantee that all information displayed on the Website is complete, accurate, current, error-free, or continuously available.

Travel information, including prices, schedules, availability, photographs, descriptions, amenities, ratings, policies, and other information, may change without notice and may be updated by the applicable Travel Supplier or other third party.

Travel products and Services displayed on our Website are subject to availability and may become unavailable before a Booking is completed.

Additional Travel Supplier Terms

Your Booking may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the applicable Travel Supplier (collectively, “Additional Terms”).

Additional Terms may include, without limitation:

  • airline conditions of carriage;
  • hotel policies and house rules;
  • fare rules and restrictions;
  • baggage allowances and baggage fees;
  • check-in requirements;
  • identification requirements;
  • minimum-age requirements;
  • cancellation and refund policies;
  • change and exchange fees;
  • payment requirements;
  • deposit and incidental requirements;
  • rental vehicle agreements;
  • cruise policies;
  • tour and activity requirements;
  • travel insurance terms; and
  • other rules governing the use of a particular Travel Service.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all Additional Terms applicable to your Booking.

Airline fare rules and conditions of carriage are Additional Terms established by the applicable airline and are not controlled by BestFareBooking .

Where a Travel Supplier provides Additional Terms through its own website, Booking confirmation, ticket, voucher, contract, or other documentation, you should review those terms carefully before traveling.

Itineraries Involving Multiple Travel Suppliers

If your itinerary includes Travel Services provided by more than one Travel Supplier—for example, flights operated by different airlines—you may be subject to separate terms, conditions, fare rules, cancellation policies, and change fees for each Travel Service.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms for each portion of your itinerary.

Where applicable, you should retain copies of your Booking confirmations, electronic tickets, vouchers, and other travel documents for all portions of your itinerary.

A change, cancellation, delay, or other disruption affecting one portion of an itinerary does not necessarily result in the automatic cancellation, modification, refund, or waiver of fees applicable to another portion of the itinerary.

If a change to one Travel Service causes you to modify another Travel Service that is governed by separate terms or provided by a different Travel Supplier, you may be responsible for any applicable fare difference, change fee, cancellation fee, or other charge imposed by that Travel Supplier.

Separate One-Way Tickets

BestFareBooking may offer itineraries consisting of two or more separately ticketed one-way Travel Services instead of a single round-trip ticket.

When separate one-way tickets are issued, each ticket constitutes a separate Booking and may be subject to its own fare rules, restrictions, cancellation policies, change fees, and other conditions.

A cancellation, delay, schedule change, or other disruption affecting one ticket does not necessarily give you the right to cancel, change, or obtain a refund for another separately ticketed itinerary.

If you choose to change or cancel a separate ticket because of a disruption affecting another ticket, you may be responsible for any applicable fees, penalties, fare differences, or other charges imposed under the terms of the unaffected ticket.

Currency Conversion and International Transactions

Prices displayed on our Website may be presented in United States Dollars or another currency for convenience.

Where a Travel Supplier processes a transaction in a currency different from the currency displayed on our Website, the final amount charged by the Travel Supplier, payment processor, bank, or credit card issuer may differ from the displayed amount due to currency conversion rates, exchange-rate fluctuations, international transaction fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges imposed by third parties.

BestFareBooking does not control the exchange rates or fees applied by your bank, credit card company, payment provider, airline, hotel, or other Travel Supplier.

You are responsible for reviewing your payment provider's applicable terms and fees before completing an international transaction.

Hazardous Materials and Restricted Items

Federal law and applicable aviation regulations restrict or prohibit the transportation of certain hazardous materials and dangerous goods in passenger baggage or on a passenger's person.

Depending on the applicable regulations, prohibited or restricted materials may include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids or solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosive substances, radioactive materials, and other dangerous goods.

Examples may include fireworks, certain fuels and lighter fluids, paints, compressed gas cylinders, certain chemicals, and other regulated materials.

Additional restrictions may apply to batteries, electronic devices, medical equipment, oxygen, medicines, sporting equipment, firearms, ammunition, and other items.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, airline requirements, airport security requirements, and Travel Supplier restrictions concerning baggage and dangerous goods.

Do not rely solely on information contained on our Website to determine whether an item may be carried or transported. Before traveling, you should verify the current requirements with the applicable airline, transportation provider, airport, and relevant governmental authorities.

Violations of applicable hazardous-materials or dangerous-goods regulations may result in confiscation, refusal of carriage, civil or criminal penalties, or other legal consequences.

No Guarantee of Entry or Carriage

The purchase of a ticket, hotel reservation, vacation package, or other Travel Service does not guarantee admission to a country, permission to transit through a country, or acceptance for transportation by an airline or other Travel Supplier.

You are responsible for ensuring that you satisfy all applicable entry, transit, documentation, health, security, and other requirements before beginning your journey.

BestFareBooking is not responsible for losses, expenses, delays, denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, missed travel, or other consequences resulting from your failure to satisfy applicable requirements, except to the extent such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Traveler Responsibility

International travel may involve laws, regulations, and requirements imposed by multiple countries and jurisdictions. These requirements may apply to your country of departure, destination country, transit countries, and any country through which you may travel during your itinerary.

You are solely responsible for determining and complying with all requirements applicable to your international travel.

Before making a Booking and again before departure, you should verify the requirements applicable to your specific circumstances with the relevant government authorities, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, health authorities, airlines, and other applicable Travel Suppliers.

Requirements may vary depending on your nationality, citizenship, country of residence, passport type, immigration status, age, destination, transit points, purpose of travel, length of stay, and other circumstances.

Passports and Travel Documents

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport and any other travel documents required for your itinerary.

Depending on your destination and circumstances, you may be required to have a passport that remains valid for a specified period beyond your intended date of travel and may also be required to have blank visa pages or other passport features.

You are responsible for ensuring that the name, date of birth, nationality, and other personal information appearing on your travel documents are accurate and consistent with the information used for your Booking.

BestFareBooking does not guarantee that a particular passport or travel document will satisfy the requirements of any country, airline, airport, immigration authority, or other Travel Supplier.

Visas, Electronic Travel Authorizations, and Entry Permits

You are responsible for determining whether you require a visa, electronic travel authorization, entry permit, transit visa, residence permit, or other authorization for your journey.

Some countries require travelers to obtain authorization before boarding transportation, while others permit eligible travelers to obtain authorization upon arrival or under other applicable procedures.

Obtaining a visa, electronic authorization, or other travel document does not necessarily guarantee admission into a country. Final admission decisions are made by the applicable immigration or border authorities.

BestFareBooking does not guarantee that a visa, entry permit, electronic travel authorization, or other authorization will be issued or that you will be permitted to enter or transit through any country.

Transit and Connection Requirements

You are responsible for determining whether you require a visa or other authorization when transiting through another country, even if you do not intend to leave the airport.

Transit requirements may depend on factors including your nationality, passport, destination, airport, length of connection, terminal changes, whether you must collect and re-check baggage, and whether your itinerary involves separate tickets.

If your itinerary includes multiple Travel Suppliers or separately ticketed flights, you may be required to satisfy additional transit, baggage, immigration, or check-in requirements.

You should verify all transit requirements before departure.

Health and Vaccination Requirements

Certain countries, destinations, airlines, or other Travel Suppliers may impose health-related requirements or recommendations, including vaccination requirements, medical certificates, testing requirements, health declarations, or other documentation.

Health requirements may change before or during your trip.

You are responsible for determining and complying with all applicable health requirements and for obtaining appropriate medical advice before traveling.

BestFareBooking does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee that information concerning health, vaccination, testing, or other medical requirements displayed on our Website is complete, current, or applicable to your particular circumstances.

Travel Advisories and Government Requirements

Government authorities may issue travel advisories, warnings, restrictions, entry requirements, quarantine requirements, border controls, sanctions, or other measures affecting international travel.

Such measures may be implemented or changed with little or no advance notice.

You are responsible for reviewing applicable government travel advisories and requirements before and during your trip.

BestFareBooking does not control government policies, immigration decisions, border restrictions, travel advisories, or other governmental actions and cannot guarantee that your travel plans will remain unaffected by such measures.

Denied Boarding, Denied Entry, or Removal

The purchase of an airline ticket or other Travel Service does not guarantee that you will be permitted to board transportation or enter, remain in, or transit through a country.

An airline, immigration authority, border authority, airport authority, or other governmental or regulatory authority may deny boarding, deny entry, require additional documentation, impose additional requirements, or take other action in accordance with applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BestFareBooking is not responsible for expenses, losses, delays, missed connections, additional transportation, accommodation, visa expenses, or other consequences arising from your failure to satisfy applicable travel requirements or from a decision by an airline or governmental authority.

International Travel Documents and Personal Information

You may be required to provide personal information, passport information, visa information, or other documentation to BestFareBooking , an airline, hotel, government authority, airport, or other Travel Supplier in connection with your Booking or travel.

You are responsible for ensuring that information provided by you is accurate and complete.

The collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the privacy policies and terms of the relevant Travel Suppliers.

International Fares, Taxes, and Charges

International travel may be subject to taxes, fees, government charges, airport charges, customs charges, immigration fees, passenger facility charges, foreign transaction fees, currency conversion charges, and other amounts imposed by governments, Travel Suppliers, financial institutions, or other third parties.

Certain charges may be collected at the time of Booking, while others may be payable directly to a Travel Supplier or governmental authority.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable Booking terms and for paying charges properly imposed in connection with your travel.

Separate Tickets and International Connections

If your international itinerary consists of separate tickets or Bookings, you should carefully consider the additional risks associated with such arrangements.

A delay or cancellation affecting one separately ticketed flight may cause you to miss another flight for which the airline or Travel Supplier has no obligation to provide a refund, rebooking, accommodation, or other assistance.

You may also be required to collect and re-check baggage, pass through immigration or customs, obtain a transit authorization, or otherwise comply with additional requirements when connecting between separately ticketed Travel Services.

Any additional costs resulting from such circumstances may be your responsibility, subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant Travel Suppliers.

Travel Insurance

BestFareBooking may make travel insurance or other travel protection products available through third-party providers.

Travel insurance is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, and eligibility requirements of the applicable insurance provider and policy.

The purchase of travel insurance does not guarantee coverage for every cancellation, delay, illness, loss, or other event.

You are responsible for reviewing the policy documents carefully before purchasing coverage and determining whether the coverage is appropriate for your circumstances.

Changes in International Travel Requirements

International travel requirements may change at any time, including after a Booking has been made.

Changes may include new visa requirements, passport requirements, vaccination or testing requirements, border restrictions, security requirements, transit rules, customs requirements, or other governmental measures.

BestFareBooking will make reasonable efforts to provide information available to us concerning material travel requirements where appropriate, but we do not guarantee that information on our Website or provided by our representatives will reflect every change or requirement applicable to your particular journey.

You remain responsible for verifying current requirements before departure and throughout your international trip.

No Guarantee of International Travel

BestFareBooking facilitates access to certain Travel Services but does not control the decisions of governments, immigration authorities, border officials, airlines, airports, or other Travel Suppliers.

Accordingly, except where otherwise required by applicable law, BestFareBooking does not guarantee that you will:

  • obtain a visa or travel authorization;
  • satisfy immigration or entry requirements;
  • be permitted to transit through a particular country;
  • be permitted to board an aircraft or other transportation;
  • be admitted into your destination country;
  • be permitted to remain in a country for your intended period;
  • avoid delays, cancellations, or travel restrictions; or
  • be able to complete your itinerary as originally planned.

By making an international Booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining and satisfying the requirements applicable to your travel and that international travel involves risks and requirements that may be outside the control of BestFareBooking

Nothing in this Section limits or excludes any rights, protections, or obligations that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

7. DISCLAIMERS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, AND THE SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. Your use of the Website and Services is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability, right, remedy, warranty, or protection that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable federal or state law, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable rights or remedies.

    Nothing in this Section is intended to waive, release, or limit any claim, right, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable federal or state law.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BestFareBooking (“BestFareBooking ”), its affiliates, partners, Travel Suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any third-party claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ and professional fees arising out of or relating to:

You agree to reasonably cooperate with BestFareBooking in the defense of any claim covered by this Section. BestFareBooking reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense and settlement of any claim subject to indemnification, and you agree not to settle such claim without our prior written consent where the settlement imposes any obligation or liability on BestFareBooking .

Your indemnification obligations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not require you to indemnify BestFareBooking for losses caused by BestFareBooking ’s own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

This Section does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.

10. RELEASE

If you have a dispute, claim, or disagreement with a Travel Supplier relating to a travel product or service purchased or arranged through Best Fare Booking website (“BestFareBooking ”), including an airline, hotel, cruise line, railroad, car rental company, tour operator, vacation package provider, activity provider, travel assistance provider, or travel protection/insurance provider, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless BestFareBooking , its affiliates, partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to the Travel Supplier’s acts, omissions, services, or failure to perform.

This release includes claims arising from matters such as delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, service deficiencies, injuries, property loss, refunds, denied services, or other conduct of the applicable Travel Supplier, except to the extent such claim arises from BestFareBooking ’s own acts or omissions for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to pursue any dispute concerning a Travel Supplier’s products or services directly with the applicable Travel Supplier, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Nothing in this Section releases, waives, or limits any claim, right, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be released, waived, or limited under applicable law.

If you use the Site or make a travel reservation or booking on behalf of another individual, you agree to inform that individual of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the reservation or booking, including any applicable rules, restrictions, and requirements.

You agree to assume financial responsibility for your use of the Site and for any use of your account by individuals acting under your authorization or control. You are also responsible for all bookings and travel reservations made by persons under your direction or control. You further represent and warrant that all information provided by you, on your behalf, or by members of your household in connection with your use of the Site is true, accurate, complete, and current.

You further confirm that the traveler for whom a reservation is being made is not an unaccompanied minor. Any exploratory, speculative, false, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise unauthorized reservation, including reservations made solely in anticipation of future demand, is strictly prohibited.

User-Submitted Content

If the Site provides you with the ability to upload, submit, post, or otherwise provide material, or to communicate with other users of the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted standards of online conduct and courtesy.

You represent and warrant that any material or communication you submit complies with these requirements. You agree to fully indemnify and hold BestFareBooking harmless from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense arising from your breach of these representations or obligations.

Any material that you upload or submit through the Site will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. BestFareBooking assumes no responsibility or liability to any third party for the content, accuracy, or reliability of material posted, submitted, or uploaded by you or by any other Site user.

BestFareBooking reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, restrict, or disable access to any material or posting submitted by you where we determine that such material does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that these provisions form part of the terms governing your access to and use of BestFareBooking ’s services.

13. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS AND WILL HAVE A SUBSTANTIAL IMPACT ON HOW CLAIMS YOU AND BestFareBooking MAY HAVE AGAINST EACH OTHER ARE RESOLVED. THIS SECTION INCLUDES AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES, A WAIVER OF THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY, AND A WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS, MASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS.

Customer satisfaction is important to BestFareBooking If a dispute arises between you and us, our objective is to provide an opportunity to resolve the matter promptly, fairly, and efficiently. Accordingly, before taking any other action, you agree to first contact BestFareBooking through the customer service contact information provided on the Site and give us an opportunity to address and attempt to resolve your concerns.

Any complaint or claim submitted to us must include the following information: (1) your name; (2) your address; (3) the email address you used to make your reservation; (4) a brief description of the nature of your complaint or claim; (5) the resolution or remedy you are seeking; and (6) your signature.

BestFareBooking shall have 60 days from the date on which we receive your complaint or claim to attempt to resolve the matter. After the 60-day period has expired, if the matter has not otherwise been resolved, you and BestFareBooking , including our respective agents and representatives acting on our behalf, agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and us arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, these Terms & Conditions, or any previous version of these Terms & Conditions, including their breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity, or our relationship in connection with the Site (each, a “Claim”), shall be resolved through the arbitration process described below, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise in writing.

GOVERNING LAW; CLAIMS

These Terms & Conditions and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law or choice-of-law rules.

Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, any Claim must be brought within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date on which the Claim arose or accrued. Any Claim not brought within this period shall be deemed forfeited.

You agree to indemnify and reimburse BestFareBooking for any costs incurred, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, in connection with any Claim brought in violation of this provision.

WAIVER OF TRIAL BY JURY AND CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, AND PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU AND BestFareBooking ARE EACH AGREEING TO BINDING ARBITRATION OF COVERED DISPUTES AND ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO HAVE SUCH DISPUTES DECIDED BY A JURY.

You and BestFareBooking further agree that any Claim must be brought solely in the parties’ individual capacities. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and BestFareBooking each waive the right to participate in or pursue any class action, mass action, representative action, private attorney general action, or similar collective proceeding with respect to any Claim covered by this provision, regardless of whether the Claim is subject to mandatory arbitration or is otherwise brought before a court or tribunal, including a small claims court.

You expressly and knowingly acknowledge that you have waived these rights.

Any dispute concerning whether a Claim has been improperly brought as a class, mass, representative, private attorney general, or similar proceeding shall be determined by the arbitrator.

You agree to indemnify and reimburse BestFareBooking for any costs incurred, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any Claim brought in violation of this provision.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT

For any dispute or Claim you have against BestFareBooking , you must first provide us with an opportunity to resolve the matter by submitting a written description of your Claim through the customer service contact information provided on the Site. You and BestFareBooking each agree to negotiate and attempt to resolve the Claim in good faith.

You agree that you may not commence arbitration unless you and BestFareBooking have been unable to resolve the Claim within 60 days after we receive your description of the Claim and you have made a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly with us during that period.

If we are unable to resolve your Claim within the 60-day period despite those good-faith efforts, either you or BestFareBooking may commence arbitration, subject to the terms of this section.

Arbitration is generally less formal than a court proceeding. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator rather than a judge or jury, and judicial review of an arbitration award is generally limited. Subject to the limitations contained in these Terms & Conditions, an arbitrator may award the same damages and individual relief that a court could award to an individual. The arbitrator shall apply these Terms & Conditions in the same manner a court would apply them.

Except as otherwise provided in these Terms & Conditions, any and all disputes of any nature arising out of or relating to the parties’ relationship, including the breach, termination, interpretation, validity, or enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, shall be finally resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (“CPR”) Rules for Administered Arbitration (the “Administered Rules” or “Rules”).

The arbitration shall be conducted before a single neutral arbitrator appointed by CPR. The arbitrator, and not a court, shall have authority to determine challenges concerning the arbitrator’s jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

The arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq. Judgment upon any arbitration award may be entered by any court having jurisdiction.

The place of arbitration shall be Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, unless either party requests that the arbitration be conducted remotely through a video-conferencing platform, such as Zoom or a comparable service.

The arbitrator shall have no authority to award damages or other relief beyond what is permitted under these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

The arbitrator shall award the prevailing party its allowable costs incurred in the arbitration, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent permitted by these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

If either party fails or refuses to participate in the arbitration, the arbitrator may enter an award in favor of the participating party. If either party fails to comply with the requirement to resolve a covered dispute through the CPR arbitration process, that party shall be responsible for the other party’s costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in defending against such action and seeking to have the matter submitted to CPR arbitration.

The arbitrator may award injunctive or declaratory relief only in favor of the individual party seeking such relief and only to the limited extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party’s individual Claim.

Unless the parties mutually agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate the Claims of more than one person and may not otherwise preside over any class, mass, representative, private attorney general, or similar collective proceeding.

The arbitrator shall have authority to determine issues concerning jurisdiction and arbitrability, including the interpretation, applicability, formation, existence, validity, scope, and enforceability of this mandatory arbitration provision.

Any Claim that the arbitrator determines is not subject to this mandatory arbitration provision must be brought exclusively in a Federal or State court located in Philadelphia County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If the provision prohibiting consolidation or representative, class, mass, or similar proceedings is determined to be unenforceable, then the entire mandatory arbitration provision shall be null and void, to the extent required by applicable law.

Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Nothing in this mandatory arbitration provision prevents either party from seeking provisional, temporary, or other appropriate remedies from a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to preserve or assist the arbitration process.

  • No Denial-of-Service Attacks: You may not attack or attempt to disrupt the Site through a denial-of-service (“DoS”) attack, distributed denial-of-service (“DDoS”) attack, or any other activity intended to impair or disrupt the Site’s availability or normal operation.
  • Disclaimer for Technological Threats: BestFareBooking will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused by a DDoS attack, viruses, malware, or other technologically harmful material that may affect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material as a result of your use of the Site or your downloading of material posted on the Site or on any website linked to the Site.
  • Account Suspension or Termination: BestFareBooking reserves the right, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel or suspend your BestFareBooking account and/or restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site if you violate any of the prohibitions or requirements set forth in this section.

15. BOOKING PROCESS

For purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

  • “Service Element” means an individual travel product or service offered through the Site that may be booked separately from other services, such as a flight, hotel, car rental, attraction, or activity.
  • “Travel Supplier” means the third-party provider of one or more Service Elements, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel or service providers. BestFareBooking does not act as the principal provider of these Service Elements. Instead, BestFareBooking facilitates arrangements with third-party Travel Suppliers for the applicable Service Elements.
  • “Booking” means the process through which you submit a request or offer to obtain one or more Service Elements from a Travel Supplier through the Site. A Booking may result in a contract with the applicable Travel Supplier once the required payment has been received and the Booking has been accepted and confirmed.

Booking Procedure

  • Listing of Service Elements: The availability of a Service Element on the Site constitutes an invitation for you to submit an offer to purchase that Service Element. A binding offer is not made until you select the applicable booking option, such as “Book,” on the payment page or equivalent booking confirmation page.
  • Submission of an Offer: Once you complete the booking process and select the applicable booking option, you submit an offer to BestFareBooking to purchase the selected Service Element(s) from the relevant Travel Supplier(s). Once submitted, your offer may not be withdrawn merely because you have changed your mind.
  • Acceptance or Rejection: BestFareBooking may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject your offer on behalf of the applicable Travel Supplier.
  • Confirmation Email: Any initial email sent by BestFareBooking acknowledging receipt of your Booking request does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of the Booking or formation of a contract. Such communication only confirms that your request or offer has been received and remains subject to availability and verification.
  • Availability Verification: BestFareBooking must verify the availability of the requested Service Element(s). If the applicable Service Element is available and the Booking is accepted, the Booking will be processed.
  • Formation of Contract: The contract relating to the applicable Booking is formed only after the required payment has been received in full and the Booking has been accepted and confirmed.
  • Confirmed Service Elements: The contract between you and the relevant Travel Supplier applies only to the Service Element(s) specifically confirmed in the applicable confirmation documentation, including ticket numbers for air travel and reservation or confirmation numbers for hotels, car rentals, activities, or other applicable services.
  • No Guarantee Before Confirmation: Price, availability, travel dates, and other Booking details are not guaranteed until the applicable contract has been formed and the relevant Travel Supplier has issued the required ticket, reservation, or confirmation.
  • Changes and Cancellations: Once the Booking process has been completed, any cancellation or change to Booking details, including traveler names, destinations, dates, or other itinerary information, is permitted only at the discretion of BestFareBooking and, where applicable, the relevant Travel Supplier, and will remain subject to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable Travel Supplier rules.
  • Supplemental Terms: The Booking process described in this section applies to all individual Service Elements offered through the Site. Additional terms applicable to airline tickets, hotels, car rentals, attractions, activities, and other services may supplement these provisions where applicable.
  • Changes to Booking Procedures: BestFareBooking reserves the right to modify the Booking process at any time. Any changes will become effective when posted on the Site, unless otherwise stated.

Identification, Passport, Visa, and Travel Requirements

  • Government-Issued Identification: Throughout your trip, you must carry valid government-issued photo identification where required. Such identification may be requested for security or verification purposes at airports, hotels, car rental locations, attractions, and other service locations.
  • Proof of Citizenship: For international travel, you may be required to present a valid passport or other proof of citizenship, depending on the countries involved and applicable laws.
  • Traveler Responsibility: You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying all passport, visa, immigration, entry, exit, vaccination, health, and other travel requirements applicable to every country you visit or transit through, including countries where you may only change flights.
  • Passport Validity: Many countries require passports to remain valid for a specified minimum period beyond the traveler’s date of arrival. You are responsible for confirming the applicable validity requirements before travel.
  • Consular Information: For questions concerning passport validity, visa requirements, entry requirements, health requirements, or other travel documentation, you should contact the applicable embassy or consulate of each country you intend to visit or transit through.
  • Failure to Meet Requirements: BestFareBooking and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, expense, denial of boarding, delay, refusal of entry, deportation, or other consequence resulting from your failure to satisfy applicable passport, visa, immigration, health, or other travel requirements. You will not be entitled to a refund from BestFareBooking for such circumstances, except where otherwise required by applicable law or the terms of the relevant Travel Supplier.
  • Government Fees: Government-imposed entry, exit, departure, or other travel-related fees may apply depending on your destination. Any such fees are your responsibility and are additional to the charges associated with your Booking.
  • Same Itinerary: Where a Booking includes more than one traveler, all travelers included in that Booking must travel according to the same itinerary. Individual travelers generally may not be added to or removed from an existing Booking.

Pricing and Booking Corrections

  • Pricing Errors: BestFareBooking reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in advertised or quoted prices.
  • Price Difference: If an error results in an incorrect price, BestFareBooking may, where permitted, provide you with the option to cancel the Booking or authorize us to charge the difference between the originally quoted price and the corrected price to the credit or debit card provided for the Booking before your departure.
  • Travel Supplier Responsibility: Each Service Element included in your Booking is provided by the applicable Travel Supplier. BestFareBooking does not itself provide the underlying flight, hotel, car rental, attraction, activity, or other travel service unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Frequent Traveler Benefits: Frequent traveler points, miles, loyalty benefits, or similar rewards may or may not be available for Service Elements included in your Booking. You are responsible for confirming eligibility directly with the applicable Travel Supplier. BestFareBooking does not guarantee that you will receive any such points, miles, or benefits.
  • Non-Transferable Bookings: Once a Booking has been completed, you may not transfer the Booking or change the traveler name(s) or destination(s), except where expressly permitted by BestFareBooking , the applicable Travel Supplier, and these Terms & Conditions.
  • Fulfillment: Your Booking will be considered fulfilled on the delivery date specified in your ticket or Booking confirmation email. If no delivery date is specified, fulfillment will occur on the date the applicable ticket is issued, except where exceptional circumstances apply.

  • Airline-Specific Policies: Each airline may have its own baggage allowances, fees, weight and size restrictions, and procedures. You are responsible for complying with the requirements of every airline included in your itinerary.
  • Verify Requirements: You should confirm baggage-transfer procedures and applicable fees directly with the airlines operating your connecting flights before travel, particularly where different airlines are involved.

33. AIRLINE OPTIONAL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

From time to time, and depending on the airline(s) operating your flight(s), BestFareBooking may provide you with the option to request certain optional airline services and products in connection with your ticket(s). These services and products may include, without limitation, advance seat assignments, checked baggage, and other ancillary services made available by the applicable airline(s).

Any optional services or products requested through BestFareBooking are provided directly by the applicable airline(s). The cost of such services or products is separate from and in addition to the applicable ticket price and is subject to the airline's availability, policies, restrictions, and terms and conditions. Any service fee charged by BestFareBooking for facilitating your request is non-refundable once the applicable service has been rendered and does not guarantee that the airline will approve, provide, or honor the requested service or product.

You acknowledge and agree that BestFareBooking acts solely as a marketing and facilitation agent in connection with airline optional services and products. Accordingly, the availability, provision, quality, use, modification, cancellation, or denial of any such service or product is the responsibility of the applicable operating airline.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all restrictions, conditions, and requirements imposed by the airline(s) operating your flight(s) in connection with any optional services or products requested through BestFareBooking We strongly recommend that you contact the applicable operating carrier directly regarding the availability, use, restrictions, or resolution of any issues relating to such optional services or products.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BestFareBooking 's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your request for any airline optional service or product through us shall be limited to the purchase price paid for that particular service or product.

34. AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES / FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS

Airline Policy on Schedule Changes

Airlines have different policies, procedures, and restrictions regarding schedule changes and flight cancellations. Such changes are initiated and controlled by the operating airline and are outside the control of BestFareBooking

Due to operational requirements and other circumstances, airlines may make changes to their flight schedules, including changes to flight numbers, departure or arrival times, routing, travel dates, terminals, or connections. Airlines may also cancel individual flights or discontinue or temporarily suspend service to certain destinations or on certain days of the week. Schedule changes or cancellations may occur with little or no advance notice, including while you are in transit.

Circumstances that may result in schedule changes or cancellations may include, without limitation:

  • Peak or high travel seasons;
  • Low travel seasons;
  • Airport terminal or gate changes;
  • Fuel costs or availability;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Airline insolvency or bankruptcy;
  • Severe weather or other operational disruptions; and
  • Force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BestFareBooking is not responsible or liable for flight cancellations, missed flights, missed connections, or other losses arising from schedule changes or cancellations initiated by an airline.

Our Policy on Schedule Changes

When we receive notice of an airline-initiated schedule change, BestFareBooking will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information and communication preferences provided at the time of booking. We strongly recommend that you contact the applicable airline to reconfirm your itinerary between 24 and 72 hours before departure.

Notification from BestFareBooking may be provided by email, telephone, text message, or another available communication method. You are responsible for monitoring your communications and responding promptly to any schedule-change notification.

Airline-Initiated Schedule Changes

Airlines may make involuntary changes to your itinerary for various reasons, including changes to departure or arrival times, travel dates, flight numbers, routing, connection or layover times, terminals, or other operational details.

If an airline initiates a qualifying schedule change, BestFareBooking will, where applicable and subject to the airline's policies and fare rules, work with the airline to identify available alternatives. Any waiver of change fees or fare differences will be determined by the applicable airline and its rules.

We do not guarantee that a particular alternative flight, routing, schedule, or other resolution will be available.

Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs)

If your booking includes a flight operated by a low-cost carrier, the airline may require you to contact it directly regarding schedule changes, cancellations, rebooking, or other post-ticketing assistance. BestFareBooking 's ability to assist with such bookings may be limited by the applicable airline's policies and procedures.

If your itinerary consists of two separate one-way tickets and one portion is operated by a low-cost carrier that initiates a schedule change, you should:

  • Contact the applicable low-cost carrier directly to address the affected booking.
  • Once the change has been confirmed, contact BestFareBooking if you require assistance with any separately ticketed, non-low-cost-carrier portion of your itinerary.

Full-Service Carriers

For schedule changes involving full-service carriers, BestFareBooking will, where possible, work with the airline to identify an alternative flight that is reasonably comparable to your original itinerary.

Once an available option has been identified, we may contact you using the contact information provided with your reservation. Depending on the nature of the schedule change and the applicable airline's rules, no action may be required from you, while other circumstances may require you to confirm or select an alternative itinerary.

Prior to Departure

If an airline changes a flight within four (4) hours of its original scheduled departure or arrival time, or otherwise makes a material change to your itinerary, BestFareBooking will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or another available communication channel.

Any communication sent to the email address or other contact information provided with your booking may constitute notice of the schedule change. You are responsible for reviewing such communications and taking any action required within the applicable timeframe.

Refund eligibility resulting from a schedule change or cancellation is determined by the applicable airline's fare rules, policies, and any applicable law or regulatory requirements. Certain fares or ticket types may remain non-refundable even where a schedule change occurs.

On the Date of Departure

If a schedule change or cancellation occurs on the date of departure and you are already at the airport, you should contact the operating airline directly at its airport ticket counter or customer-service desk.

During severe weather or other significant disruptions, available rebooking options may be limited. Weather conditions at your departure location may differ from conditions at your destination or connecting airports. You should monitor the operating airline's website and other reliable travel or airport information sources for current updates.

When a disruption occurs on the date of departure, contacting the operating airline directly may provide the fastest available assistance.

Customer Obligations

You are responsible for monitoring your itinerary and promptly reviewing any communications concerning your reservation. We recommend that you:

  • Contact the operating airline to confirm your flight itinerary approximately 24 to 72 hours before departure;
  • Regularly monitor the email address, telephone number, and other contact channels provided with your reservation;
  • Review all schedule-change notifications promptly; and
  • Take any action requested by BestFareBooking or the applicable airline within the stated timeframe.

Failure to monitor or respond to schedule-change notifications may result in missed flights, missed connections, loss of ticket value, or the need to postpone or otherwise modify your travel.

Customer Notification

Depending on when we receive notice from the airline and how close the change is to your departure date, BestFareBooking may attempt to notify you by email, telephone, text message, or another communication method consistent with the preferences and contact information associated with your booking.

Because airline schedule changes may occur with little or no advance notice, we strongly recommend that you also monitor the operating airline's communications and website directly.

Assistance Provided by BestFareBooking

Once you contact BestFareBooking regarding an airline-initiated schedule change or cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the applicable airline on your behalf and seek an available resolution.

Depending on the airline's policies and available inventory, possible resolutions may include rebooking on an alternative flight, modifying the affected itinerary, or requesting a refund where permitted. In some circumstances, cancellation of the affected flight or itinerary and a refund may be the only available resolution.

We will make reasonable efforts to have the applicable airline re-protect or re-accommodate you; however, the final resolution depends on the airline or airlines involved, their policies, available inventory, and applicable fare rules. BestFareBooking cannot guarantee that an airline will provide a particular alternative itinerary or rebooking option.

If the airline is unable to re-protect you, BestFareBooking will, where applicable, request a refund in accordance with the airline's policies and applicable law.

Flight Cancellations

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, BestFareBooking will make reasonable efforts to contact the applicable airline, identify available alternative flight options, and/or determine whether a refund is available.

Any rebooking, credit, refund, waiver, or other remedy is subject to the operating airline's policies, fare rules, ticket conditions, and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BestFareBooking does not guarantee that an alternative flight will be available and is not liable for losses resulting from an airline's cancellation, including missed flights, missed connections, delays, additional travel expenses, or other consequential losses, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

35. Flight Overbooking

Airline flights may occasionally be overbooked. Although a passenger may have a confirmed reservation, there is a possibility that a seat may not be available at the time of departure due to airline overbooking.

Each airline has its own policies and procedures for handling overbooked flights, including denied boarding, rebooking, compensation, and other applicable remedies. These policies are governed by the airline’s applicable Contract of Carriage and may vary depending on the airline, itinerary, and applicable laws and regulations.

BestFareBooking  is not responsible for an airline’s overbooking decisions or for any resulting inconvenience, delay, or denied boarding. Passengers are advised to contact the operating airline directly or contact BestFareBooking  for information regarding the applicable airline policies.

36. Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR)

Airlines maintain their own policies and requirements for Unaccompanied Minors (UMNR) traveling without adult supervision. Age requirements, eligibility, restrictions, documentation, procedures, and applicable fees may vary by airline and may change at any time. Passengers or parents/guardians booking travel for an unaccompanied minor are responsible for confirming the applicable requirements with the operating airline before travel. Certain airlines may impose restrictions on routes, connecting flights, travel times, or the age of the minor. Additional airline fees may apply for unaccompanied-minor services and, where applicable, may be required to be paid before departure.

BestFareBooking  may charge a service fee of up to USD $100.00 for processing and completing an Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR) booking. This service fee is separate from any fees charged by the airline.

Parents or legal guardians should ensure that all required documents, forms, identification, and airline-specific procedures are completed before the minor’s departure. Important: Airline policies, fees, age requirements, and travel restrictions are subject to change. Passengers should verify the current requirements directly with the operating airline before departure.

37. Visa and Entry Requirements

All customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess the required travel documents for their journey, including passports, transit visas, entry visas, permits, vaccination certificates, or any other documentation required by the countries they are entering, departing from, or transiting through. BestFareBooking  strongly recommends that travelers verify all applicable visa and entry requirements with the relevant government authorities, consulates, embassies, or other official sources before booking and again prior to departure. Travelers should also verify any transit requirements, as a visa or entry authorization may be required even when a traveler is only connecting through an airport or country.

Reliable information regarding international travel requirements may be obtained from official government sources, including the U.S. Department of State at www.travel.state.gov, as well as from the consulate or embassy of each country being visited or transited.

A reservation or purchase made through BestFareBooking  does not guarantee that a traveler will be permitted to enter or transit through any country. Admission and transit decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration, border-control, customs, or other government authorities.

BestFareBooking  does not determine a passenger’s eligibility to enter or transit through any specific country and is not responsible for a traveler being denied boarding, entry, or transit because of missing, expired, incomplete, or otherwise inadequate travel documentation.

Any visa, immigration, or entry-related information provided by BestFareBooking , its employees, representatives, or agents is provided for general informational purposes only and must be independently verified with the appropriate government authority. Providing such information does not constitute a guarantee or assumption of responsibility by BestFareBooking

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documents required for their itinerary and should verify requirements before departure, as immigration and entry regulations may change without notice.

38. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

Flight Confirmation: All flights should be confirmed directly with the operating airline, as flight schedules are subject to change. Travelers are responsible for following the airline’s check-in requirements and procedures.

Upgrades and Standby: In most cases, upgrades and standby travel are not permitted. Any requests or arrangements for upgrades or standby travel are solely the responsibility of the respective airline.

Frequent Flyer Mileage: Many discounted fares may not qualify for frequent flyer mileage accrual. Travelers should confirm eligibility directly with the airline.

Seat Requests and Special Assistance: All seat requests will be forwarded to the applicable airline; however, seat assignments are not guaranteed. Travelers requiring immediate seat confirmation or special assistance, including stretcher assistance or wheelchair services, should contact the airline directly.

Government-Restricted Destinations:  BestFareBooking reserves the right to cancel or decline travel requests to destinations subject to restrictions or embargoes imposed by the U.S. government.

International Departure Taxes:  Additional passenger duties, departure taxes, or other government-imposed charges may be assessed when departing from international destinations. These taxes are collected locally by the applicable government or airport authority and may not be included in the original ticket price.

39. HUMAN ERROR

If an error is made by a BestFareBooking representative during the booking process, we will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct the error as soon as possible.

Where applicable, BestFareBooking may provide compensation up to the total amount of service fees collected by BestFareBooking for the affected booking, plus a $50 travel coupon that may be redeemed toward a future purchase from BestFareBooking within 12 months.

Customers must notify BestFareBooking of any booking error on the day of booking before midnight of receiving their itinerary. After midnight, BestFareBooking will not be responsible for errors that were not reported within the applicable timeframe.

40. ITINERARY RE-CONFIRMATION

It is the responsibility of every traveler who books through BestFareBooking , whether online or through a customer service representative, to carefully review and reconfirm all itinerary details.

Travelers should verify:

  • Passenger names
  • Travel dates
  • Flight numbers
  • Operating and/or marketing airlines
  • Departure and arrival airports
  • Flight routing
  • Any airport changes or connections

If you identify any discrepancy in your itinerary, you must contact a BestFareBooking customer service representative within 4 hours of completing the booking.

If you do not contact BestFareBooking by phone within 4 hours of completing your booking, the itinerary will be considered accepted and confirmed by you. BestFareBooking will not assume liability for discrepancies that are not reported within this time-frame.

Departures Within 24 Hours

Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the scheduled departure of the first flight in the itinerary is less than twenty-four (24) hours from the time the booking is completed, the four (4)-hour reporting period shall not apply. In such circumstances, the traveler is required to review the itinerary immediately upon receipt and contact BestFareBooking by telephone without undue delay and before departure regarding any discrepancy, error, or concern.

For bookings made less than twenty-four (24) hours before scheduled departure, the traveler acknowledges that there may be limited time available to correct, modify, reissue, or otherwise address an itinerary, ticket, reservation, or other booking issue. BestFareBooking shall not be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law and applicable airline or supplier rules, for any loss, cost, missed flight, change fee, fare difference, cancellation charge, or other consequence arising from a discrepancy that the traveler failed to report promptly after receiving the booking confirmation.

Travelers are strongly advised to carefully review and save a copy of their final itinerary for their records.

41. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Federal law prohibits the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in luggage or on a passenger’s person, except where specifically permitted under applicable regulations.

Violations may result in criminal penalties, including imprisonment and substantial fines under applicable U.S. federal law.

Hazardous materials may include, but are not limited to:

  • Explosives
  • Compressed gases
  • Flammable liquids and solids
  • Oxidizing substances
  • Poisons
  • Corrosive materials
  • Radioactive materials

Examples include paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gas, oxygen bottles, and certain radio-pharmaceuticals.

Certain limited exceptions may apply to small quantities of permitted medicinal and toiletry articles and specific smoking materials when carried in accordance with applicable regulations.

Travelers should contact their airline directly for the most current information regarding permitted and prohibited items before traveling.

BestFareBooking recommends that all travelers review applicable airline and government requirements before departure.

42. DISINSECTION

Certain destination countries may require airlines or foreign air carriers to treat an aircraft passenger cabin with approved insecticides before departure or to apply an aerosol insecticide inside the aircraft cabin while passengers are present.

These procedures, commonly referred to as aircraft disinsection, are implemented to comply with the health and quarantine requirements of certain countries and destinations.

Travelers should be aware that disinsection procedures may vary depending on the destination, airline, aircraft, and applicable government regulations.

For additional information regarding aircraft disinsection requirements, travelers may consult the U.S. Department of Transportation or contact their airline directly before travel.

46. FOREIGN CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS

Prices displayed by BestFareBooking  may be presented in a currency selected or supported during the booking process. If the currency displayed at the time of booking differs from the currency associated with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or other payment method, your bank or financial institution may apply currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, international transaction fees, or other applicable charges.

The applicable exchange rate is determined by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution at the time the transaction is processed. Any foreign currency conversion fee, international transaction fee, or other currency-related charge is determined solely by the applicable financial institution and is not controlled or imposed by BestFareBooking

If you have questions regarding the exchange rate, currency conversion, foreign transaction fee, international transaction fee, or the amount charged to your account, you should contact your bank, credit card issuer, or financial institution directly.

BestFareBooking is not responsible for differences between the amount displayed at the time of booking and the amount ultimately charged to your account as a result of currency conversion, exchange-rate fluctuations, foreign transaction fees, international transaction fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution.

A foreign or international transaction fee may also apply where the financial institution or card issuer associated with your payment method is located outside the country in which the transaction is processed, regardless of the currency displayed during the booking process.

  • Pricing Display and Local Conversions: Prices displayed on our Website may be presented in United States Dollars (USD) or another currency for your convenience. Where a price is displayed in a currency other than USD, the conversion is for informational and comparison purposes only. It is based on a standard, third-party market exchange rate available at the time of the query and may fluctuate up until the exact millisecond your transaction is processed.
  • Settlement and Issuer Fees: When you authorize a booking, you acknowledge that your bank, credit card issuer, or third-party payment processor may settle the transaction in USD or the currency specified by the Travel Service Provider. If your account is based in a different currency, your financial institution will apply its own proprietary foreign-exchange conversion rates and may assess additional international transaction fees or foreign processing surcharges.
  • Refund Variance Disclaimer: BestFareBooking does not control, nor is it responsible for, the exchange rates applied by your bank or the foreign currency conversion fees they assess. In the event of a cancellation, exchange, or authorized refund, the amount credited back to your card will be processed using the spot exchange rate in effect at the time of the refund request, not the exchange rate used at the time of the original booking. Consequently, currency fluctuations may result in a difference between the amount originally charged and the amount refunded. You acknowledge and agree that BestFareBooking is not liable for any such differences or any related banking fees.

47. CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS

You may have the right to dispute a charge with your credit card issuer, debit card issuer, bank, or other payment provider (a “Chargeback”). If you have any question or concern regarding a charge appearing on your statement, we encourage you to contact BestFareBooking before initiating a Chargeback so that we may review the transaction, explain the charge, and attempt to resolve your concern.

BestFareBooking will make reasonable efforts to work with you to resolve billing concerns. However, we reserve the right to investigate and respond to any Chargeback that we reasonably believe is unauthorized, inaccurate, duplicative, or otherwise inconsistent with the terms of your Booking. Where permitted by applicable law, payment network rules, and the terms of your payment method, we may provide relevant transaction and Booking information to the applicable financial institution, payment processor, card network, or Travel Service Provider in connection with our response to a Chargeback.

BestFareBooking may also cancel or suspend a Booking, or any unused portion of a Booking, where a Chargeback has been initiated in relation to that Booking, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable Travel Supplier's rules.

Acceptance of Travel Supplier Terms

When you use our services to make a Booking with an airline, hotel, car rental company, or other Travel Service Provider, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms, conditions, cancellation policies, refund rules, fare restrictions, and other requirements associated with that Booking.

The applicable cancellation and refund terms are made available during the booking process and/or in your Booking confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing these terms before completing your purchase.

Initiating a Chargeback does not automatically create a right to a refund where the Booking is non-refundable, non-cancellable, partially used, expired, or otherwise subject to restrictions imposed by the applicable Travel Service Provider.

Improper Chargeback Scenarios

Subject to applicable law and payment network rules, BestFareBooking may consider a Chargeback to be improper where the underlying charge was validly authorized and the goods or services were purchased in accordance with the applicable Booking terms.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

  • Non-refundable or non-cancellable Bookings: A Chargeback initiated solely because a Booking is non-refundable or non-cancellable, where neither BestFareBooking nor the applicable Travel Service Provider is obligated to provide a refund under the applicable Booking terms.
  • Used or partially used Bookings: A Chargeback relating to a Booking that has already been fully or partially used, including where a flight has been flown or another Travel Service has been consumed.
  • No-show situations: A Chargeback initiated because you failed to appear for a scheduled departure, reservation, or service, where the applicable Booking terms provide that no refund or credit is available for a no-show.
  • Missing or inadequate travel documentation: A Chargeback arising because you did not obtain or present required passports, visas, permits, identification, health documentation, or other travel documents required for your trip.
  • Failure to meet travel requirements: A Chargeback resulting from your failure to satisfy applicable health, immigration, entry, vaccination, or other government or Travel Supplier requirements necessary to use the Booking.
  • Charges authorized by another person: A Chargeback based solely on the fact that the cardholder did not personally make the Booking where the transaction was authorized by a family member, friend, employee, associate, authorized user, or another person who had legitimate access to the payment method.
  • Travel Supplier service disputes: A Chargeback relating to the quality, condition, availability, or delivery of a Travel Service where the applicable Travel Supplier provided the service substantially as described and in accordance with its applicable terms.
  • Force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control: A Chargeback arising solely from events outside the reasonable control of BestFareBooking , including certain weather events, natural disasters, government actions, airline disruptions, airport closures, strikes, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances, where the applicable Booking terms do not provide for a refund.
  • Duplicate or mistaken disputes: A Chargeback where the same transaction has already been refunded, credited, reversed, or otherwise resolved.

The examples above are illustrative and do not limit BestFareBooking 's right to investigate and respond to other Chargebacks that we reasonably believe are inconsistent with the applicable Booking terms or the circumstances of the transaction.

Chargeback Investigation and Supporting Information

If a Chargeback is initiated, BestFareBooking may investigate the transaction and submit appropriate supporting documentation to the applicable bank, card issuer, payment processor, card network, or Travel Service Provider.

Depending on the circumstances, such documentation may include:

  • Booking confirmations and invoices;
  • Payment and transaction records;
  • Cancellation or refund requests;
  • Applicable fare rules and cancellation terms;
  • Records of services provided or used;
  • Communications between you and BestFareBooking ;
  • Customer service records and, where legally permitted, call recordings;
  • Information demonstrating acceptance of the applicable Booking terms; and
  • Other information reasonably necessary to respond to the Chargeback.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy, information relating to your transaction may be shared with third parties involved in the Chargeback process for the purpose of investigating and responding to the dispute.

BestFareBooking will handle such information in accordance with its applicable privacy and data protection obligations. However, we are not responsible for a security incident or data breach occurring within the systems of a third-party bank, card issuer, payment processor, card network, or other third party that receives information as part of the Chargeback process, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Recovery of Costs Associated With Improper Chargebacks

If a Chargeback is determined to have been initiated improperly and the underlying Booking or service was validly purchased, BestFareBooking reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the applicable payment method, to seek recovery of amounts improperly withheld or reversed as a result of the Chargeback.

Before seeking recovery directly from you, BestFareBooking may first attempt to resolve the matter through the applicable payment processor, card network, Travel Service Provider, or other appropriate channel.

Where permitted, any amount sought from you will be limited to the legitimate amount associated with the disputed transaction and any reasonable, documented costs directly resulting from the improper Chargeback. We will provide notice of the amount claimed and the basis for the claim.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights, your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, or your right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized or fraudulent transaction with your financial institution.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe that a transaction was genuinely unauthorized or fraudulent, you should promptly contact BestFareBooking and your card issuer or financial institution. We will cooperate, as appropriate, with the investigation of suspected unauthorized transactions.

You should not initiate a Chargeback solely because you disagree with a Travel Supplier's cancellation policy, refund restriction, fare rule, no-show policy, or other Booking condition that was disclosed to you before purchase.

Important: A Chargeback is a process administered by your financial institution and/or applicable payment network. BestFareBooking does not control the outcome of a Chargeback determination. Any decision by a card issuer, payment processor, or card network will be subject to that entity's applicable rules and procedures.

Good-Faith Dispute Mandate: By making a booking through our Website, you explicitly agree to follow the dispute resolution path outlined in Section 17 (Resolution of Disputes) before initiating an unannounced chargeback or payment reversal with your bank. You agree that contacting customer service directly is the fastest, fairest route to resolve issues regarding cancellations, refunds, or service errors.

Prohibition of Friendly Fraud: You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback for legitimate, properly disclosed platform service fees, or for non-refundable tickets where the cancellation or denial of service was strictly dictated by the Travel Service Provider's fare rules. Initiating a chargeback for a completed trip that you or your authorized party attended, or for a booking cancelled by your own choice outside the allowed cancellation windows, is considered a breach of this contract.

Chargeback Fee Penalties: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute that is ultimately resolved in favor of BestFareBooking , or if you rescind the chargeback after our legal team presents proof of purchase to your financial institution, you agree to indemnify us for our administrative and legal overhead. BestFareBooking reserves the right to charge you a $150 administrative chargeback fee per dispute to cover bank processing penalties, system management costs, and reasonable research fees.

Account Termination and Collections: If a chargeback is fraudulently filed, BestFareBooking reserves the immediate right to cancel any active, unutilized reservations remaining on your profile without a refund, suspend or permanently terminate your website account, and report the unpaid debt to professional collections agencies.

No Waiver of Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to BestFareBooking or any copyright owner under applicable law.

BestFareBooking may modify this policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, our services, or our copyright-protection procedures.

49. RESTRICTED TRAVEL CREDIT

If you cancel an airline ticket and seek to apply any unused ticket value toward a future flight, the availability and use of such travel credit may be subject to restrictions, limitations, airline fare rules, expiration dates, and additional costs imposed by the applicable airline. Travel credit is not guaranteed unless expressly permitted by the applicable airline and fare conditions.

The price of a replacement flight may be higher than the original ticket price, and available flight options may be limited based on airline schedules, fare availability, booking class, and applicable fare rules.

Depending on the airline, fare, and ticket conditions, the following restrictions and limitations may apply:

  • Travel credit may only be used toward a future ticket that satisfies the applicable airline's fare rules and may be restricted to the same or a qualifying fare type or booking class as the original ticket.
  • The original ticket price may consist of separate fare, tax, fee, and other components. The amount available for future travel may be subject to the airline's rules governing the treatment and application of each component.
  • The unused value of a ticket may be non-refundable and non-transferable and generally may only be used by the passenger named on the original ticket, unless otherwise permitted by the applicable airline.
  • If the price of the new flight is greater than the available travel credit, you must pay the applicable difference in fare, taxes, fees, and other charges before the new ticket can be issued.
  • If the price of the new flight is lower than the available travel credit, any remaining unused value may be forfeited or may be subject to the airline's rules regarding residual value. No cash refund will be provided unless expressly permitted by the applicable airline and fare conditions.
  • The travel credit may be restricted to an itinerary involving the same or specified origin and/or destination as the original ticket, depending on the applicable airline's fare rules.
  • The new travel must be booked and/or completed within the validity period established by the applicable airline. Such validity periods may vary by airline, fare, ticket type, and circumstances.
  • The travel credit may be required to be used for travel on the same airline or an airline permitted under the applicable fare rules as the original ticket.
  • Travel credit generally cannot be applied toward ancillary services, including baggage fees, seat selection, meals, upgrades, or other optional services, unless expressly permitted by the applicable airline.
  • An airline change, cancellation, or rebooking penalty may apply on a per-passenger or per-ticket basis, in addition to any applicable fare difference, taxes, fees, or other charges.

Additional BestFareBooking service or processing fees may apply for cancellations, changes, reissues, or use of travel credit, where permitted and disclosed to you before the applicable transaction is completed.

Cancellation Before Departure

Unless otherwise provided by the applicable airline or fare rules, your reservation should be cancelled before the scheduled departure of the applicable flight if you intend to preserve any eligible unused ticket value or travel credit. Failure to cancel or otherwise comply with the applicable airline's requirements before departure may result in the ticket being treated as a no-show and may result in the loss of some or all of the ticket value.

Use of Travel Credit

Where travel credit is available, any rebooking must be processed through BestFareBooking in accordance with the applicable airline's rules and the terms of the original ticket.

To request a rebooking or use eligible travel credit, please contact a BestFareBooking customer service representative. Customers should provide their original booking or ticket information when requesting assistance.

Travel credit is subject to the terms and conditions established by the applicable airline. BestFareBooking does not independently determine the validity, value, expiration date, transferability, refundability, or other restrictions applicable to airline-issued travel credit.

Nothing in this Section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law or under the applicable airline's conditions of carriage or fare rules.
